About Us
Dalton Land Design is a Landscape Architectural Land Planning firm in business for 35 years. Located in Arlington, Texas, Dalton Land Design has completed projects throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex and in surrounding counties. We provide land design and landscape architectural services for any land use and can involve other professionals including engineers, architects, and environmental specialists. We provide plans for you to carry out installation/construction or provide professional installers to take your project from design to implementation and follow-up maintenance.
We believe it is essential to listen closely to our clients and respond to their needs and aspirations. Our team of landscape architects, designers, and project managers is dedicated to finding the environmentally sound solution, the beautiful solution, and the solution that makes economic sense for our clients. We share the common goal of providing intelligent, innovative, responsive designs for our clients.
History
Dalton Land Design continues the business begun in 1947 by the late Howard Dalton. Originally it was Howard Dalton and Son, General Contractors and built many churches, homes, and commercial buildings in Arlington. In 1974, Eric joined the company and provided professional landscape architectural services for clients and also managed building projects under Dalton Construction, Inc.
